1.1 These Terms govern your use of the 49jl platform and all associated services. By registering an account, clicking any acceptance checkbox during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 49jl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 49jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. 1.4 These Terms are published in English. Where any translation into Filipino or another language is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative and binding version in the event of any discrepancy.

2.1 Age Requirement. The 49jl platform is strictly intended for persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style online gambling. 2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) active 49jl account. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 49jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain any deposits subject to bonus abuse investigation.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. 10.3 49jl does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. 11.1 Termination by 49jl. 49jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the 49jl platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of termination for reasons other than breach will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC procedures. Funds associated with accounts terminated due to breach may be forfeited.

11.3 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, 12, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

12.3 Legal Proceedings. Any legal proceedings arising from disputes that cannot be resolved through the processes described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines as further specified in Section 15 of these Terms.

14.1 49jl may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page at 49jl.bio/terms-conditions with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 49jl will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to registered players.

14.2 Your continued use of the 49jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 Subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12, the parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any legal dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the 49jl platform.

15.3 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

15.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
